Who we are

Dominion Water Damage is a d/b/a of Dominion Digital Group. It operates the free phone line at (844) 906-3984 and the website at dominionwaterdamage.com. It is not a restoration company.

Information from phone calls

When you call, an automated assistant asks what happened so it can route the call. Depending on the call, the information can include your phone number, your name, your city or address, a short description of the problem, and whether you mentioned mold. If the call is transferred, the independent restoration company or mold specialist hears a short summary before it picks up. If the company cannot answer, your name, callback number, city and the problem are passed to it so it can call you back.

That information is used to connect you with a company that serves your area and to let it contact you. It is shared with the company your call is routed to. The phone system that runs the automated assistant processes what you say in order to route the call. Your information is not sold.

Information from this website

This website has no forms and does not ask you to enter personal information. Like most websites, the server that delivers the pages may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

  • Language setting. If you choose ES at the top of a page, the site sets a cookie named "googtrans" and loads Google Translate to show the page in Spanish. Google's own privacy policy applies to that service. Choosing EN removes the cookie.
  • Analytics. The site is built to use Google Analytics 4 in the future, loaded only after you scroll, click, tap or press a key, or a few seconds after the page finishes loading. If it is turned on, Google Analytics collects information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and taps on the phone number, under Google's privacy policy.
  • Embedded video. If a page shows a video, it loads from YouTube only when you press play.

The companies you are connected with

The restoration companies and mold specialists the line connects you with are independent businesses. What they collect and how they use it, for example for estimates, invoices or insurance paperwork, is governed by their own policies. Ask them directly.

Text messages

The line does not currently send marketing text messages. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing.

Children

The line and this website are meant for adults dealing with property damage and are not directed at children under 13.
